Description:
Technopower Group is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join a one-year full-time remote project supporting its team in Sharjah, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for highly skilled Odoo professionals who have extensive experience designing, developing, and customizing ERP solutions for complex business environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing Odoo modules, integrating third-party applications, optimizing system performance, and providing technical guidance throughout the project. Applicants must be fluent in both Arabic and English and be available to work the required UAE business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using REST APIs and web services.
• Optimize database queries and improve overall system performance.
• Perform code reviews, testing, documentation, and maintain high development standards.
• Provide technical recommendations on architecture, best practices, and Odoo upgrades or migrations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver complete end-to-end Odoo implementations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong programming skills in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript (OWL/QWeb).
• Deep understanding of Odoo ORM, workflows, and core modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing (MRP), and Marketing Automation.
• Proven experience delivering complete Odoo ERP implementations.
• Proficiency with Git and experience working in Linux environments.
• Available to work 8 hours daily, including core hours from 1 PM to 6 PM UAE time.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) and manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.

• Odoo ERP development, ORM, and module customization
• Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript (OWL/QWeb), REST APIs, and Git
