Description:
A well-established IT company is seeking a skilled Level 2 Application Support Engineer to join its on-site team in Riyadh. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid experience in application support and maintaining production environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of business applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing effective second-level support. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and possess a good command of English to communicate efficiently with both technical teams and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications and production systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues within agreed service levels.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 3–4+ years of experience in Level 2 application support or production systems.
• Native Arabic speaker with a good command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
