Arabic Sales Manager – Retail Experience Only

A Big Jewelry company in Dubai is looking for a passionate Sales Manager who works as Head of Sales Team based in Dubai and will be responsible for all the sales related activities.

Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Leading and managing the sales operations with full knowledge of selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Responsible to grow sales and profitability according to set objectives.
  • Training staff from shops and concessions with a focus on sales skills, product knowledge, customer service and visual merchandising.
  • Strong experience in making Sales projection.
  • Develop and manage KPIS targets for each

Technical Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Sales in retail industry.
  • At least 1 year in Jewelry or accessories experience
  • Very good knowledge of Sales trend in GCC.
  • Strong operations experience.
  • Demonstrable project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, define, prioritize and implement action plans to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Computer literacy (Must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages

Personal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, those enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary.
  • Good organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required.
