Description:
Eros Group is currently seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai within the Home Appliances and Consumer Durables sector. This role is ideal for professionals with strong UAE retail market experience who are skilled in building relationships with key retail partners and driving consistent sales growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing retail sales activities across major outlets, developing strong business relationships, and ensuring product visibility and performance in the competitive consumer electronics market.
This position requires a proactive individual with strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with retail partners such as Sharaf DG, Jumbo, Emax, Lulu, and Carrefour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth across assigned retail channels and key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners
• Manage product placement, promotions, and in-store execution strategies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the consumer durables sector
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and product delivery
• Ensure brand visibility and strong retail presence across assigned outlets
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales performance in key retail stores
• Maintain accurate sales reports and performance tracking
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in UAE retail sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics
• Strong connections with retail buyers (OR buyers) and key account managers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of UAE retail market dynamics
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented personality
