The organization is currently seeking a Lifecycle & Email Operations Manager to join its growth marketing team. This role sits at the core of campaign execution, owning the email channel and ensuring high-quality delivery, performance, compliance, and optimization across all lifecycle communications. The position also focuses on leveraging AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and campaign scalability.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in marketing operations, enjoys building scalable systems, and is comfortable working with modern AI tools and marketing platforms. This role plays a critical part in maintaining database health, improving campaign workflows, and enhancing customer and prospect engagement throughout the entire lifecycle journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end email marketing operations including campaign execution, segmentation, scheduling, and deliverability monitoring
• Build, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, and partner programs
• Manage database health, list segmentation, and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations
• Develop and optimize automated workflows and lifecycle marketing journeys
• Use AI tools to enhance personalization, efficiency, and campaign performance
• Conduct QA processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality campaign delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RevOps, Sales, and GTM operations
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Build reporting dashboards and analyze email performance metrics
• Develop structured processes for campaign intake, execution, and optimization
• Support the creation and implementation of AI-driven marketing workflows and agents
Performance Milestones:
30 Days – Onboarding & Foundations:
• Complete onboarding across all marketing systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, AI tools)
• Review current email systems, segmentation, compliance, and reporting frameworks
• Shadow ongoing campaigns and support initial execution tasks
• Deliver initial audit reports on email health and HubSpot usage
60 Days – Ownership & Execution:
• Independently manage and launch multiple marketing campaigns
• Take ownership of email operations and reporting
• Document campaign workflows and processes
• Launch initial AI-powered automation or agent
• Provide optimization recommendations based on performance data
90 Days – Impact & Optimization:
• Fully own email channel strategy and execution
• Launch AI-driven nurture and segmentation workflows
• Deliver performance retrospectives and reporting dashboards
• Contribute scalable AI workflows to internal marketing playbooks
Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience in email marketing operations and lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with attention to campaign performance metrics
• Ability to build scalable systems and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
