Creashade is currently seeking a motivated and professional Salesperson to join its expanding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, client engagement, and architectural solutions, with the ability to represent premium outdoor products in a competitive market.
The company specializes in pergolas, aluminum systems, zipscreens, and high-end outdoor architectural solutions, operating under the concept of “Architecture in Motion.” This role requires a results-driven individual who can build strong client relationships and contribute to the company’s growth in the UAE market.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while coordinating closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads and follow up on existing prospects
• Meet clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing offers for clients
• Coordinate with technical, design, and project teams for project execution
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and business partners
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business development goals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems
• Represent the company in a professional manner during meetings and negotiations
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales and project process
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, aluminum, or architectural solutions
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and managing client pipelines
• Professional attitude and strong client-facing presence
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• UAE driving license is considered an advantage
