Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they receive attentive and professional service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and assist guests with recommendations when required
• Accurately take customer orders and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent presentation standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests, concerns, or special requirements in a courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables
• Follow restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant environment is mandatory
