Studio LEA, a Dubai-based interior design studio, is currently expanding its creative team and is looking for highly skilled Interior Designers to join on a project-based arrangement. The company is seeking experienced professionals who can contribute to high-end design projects across luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
This opportunity is ideal for designers with strong technical expertise or visualization skills who have prior experience working in Dubai’s competitive interior design industry. Candidates must be capable of delivering high-quality design outputs while working independently on assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative interior design concepts for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
• Produce high-quality visualizations and design presentations (for Visualizer role)
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and execution plans (for Technical Designer role)
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and implementation
• Ensure all design outputs meet luxury design standards and client requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams when required
• Maintain consistency in design quality across all assigned projects
• Support the development of project concepts from initial stage to final delivery
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design or related roles
• Previous experience working in an interior design studio in Dubai is mandatory
• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury, hospitality, and high-end residential/commercial projects
• Expertise in either visualization or technical design execution
• Strong knowledge of design software and industry standards
• Ability to work independently on project-based assignments
• Must hold own valid visa
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
