Description:
Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional who has hands-on experience in UAE-based HR operations and a strong understanding of labour regulations and administrative HR processes.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination of employee-related processes, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently in a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage HR documents, official letters, and internal correspondence
• Maintain accurate, updated, and confidential employee records and HR databases
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
• Handle onboarding processes and ensure proper completion of employee documentation
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll preparation tasks
• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance enrollment, and related administration
• Respond to employee queries and support employee relations activities professionally
• Ensure HR policies and UAE Labour Law compliance across all processes
• Assist in training coordination and performance management activities
• Manage employee exit procedures including EOS calculations and clearance documentation
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data insights for management review
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of HR administration experience within the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR operational best practices
• Knowledge of visa processing, labour contracts, and mainland HR procedures
• Experience in payroll support, onboarding, and HR documentation handling
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Immediate availability preferred
