Sales Manager – Real Estate

Developer is looking for dynamic and energetic seasoned sales professionals who have a track record of success in the real estate industry in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships
  • Effectively consulting with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects and investment options in line with their requirements
  • Work effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
  • Making appointments and touring clients to the ‘World Islands’
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets discussed with the Sales Director
  • Advise on the merits of properties and terms of sale
  • Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties.
  • Finalize the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities
  • Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions
  • Prepare periodic sales activity reports for management information and decision making.
  • Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis

Essential Requirements:-

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in the Real Estate, with at least 2 years in Dubai.
  • Sales experience with a real estate developer is mandatory
  • Ability to handle the end to end sales cycle independently
  • Enthusiastic approach, with a go getter and hands-on attitude
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills

Desirable Skills:-

  • Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic and other languages will be an added advantage
  • Ability to demonstrate successful track record
  • Excellent network of investors
  • Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
  • Be creative, strong, motivated and energetic
