You will be working closely with small business owners who are building and managing real service companies, helping them overcome operational challenges and adopt smarter systems through ZenMaid’s platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with maid service business owners through calls, demos, and follow-ups

• Understand customer pain points and demonstrate how ZenMaid solves scheduling, billing, and admin challenges

• Conduct product walkthroughs and tailored demonstrations for potential and existing clients

• Build strong long-term relationships with customers through consistent communication

• Manage your own customer pipeline with ownership and accountability

• Follow up with leads proactively without relying on rigid scripts or processes

• Identify customer needs and ensure successful onboarding and product adoption

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and product feedback loops

• Track customer interactions and ensure smooth transition from lead to active user

Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Success, SaaS, Sales, Account Management, or related fields preferred
