The Operations & Sales Support Specialist will play a dual-role function, supporting both data operations and sales enablement activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both technical data validation tasks and customer-facing sales coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Operations & Quality Management (Approx. 50%)

• Review and validate structured litigation and consumer complaint data related to U.S. consumer credit cases

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used across internal systems and client-facing products

• Extract, normalize, and maintain litigant and case-level metadata

• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, missing information, and formatting issues

• Ensure alignment of data across internal databases and operational systems

• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support internal decision-making

• Document data quality standards and review procedures for operational consistency

Sales & Business Development Support (Approx. 50%)

• Enter, manage, and track sales leads within CRM systems

• Ensure timely follow-ups on inbound and outbound sales opportunities

• Support sales teams by scheduling product demos and client meetings

• Maintain accurate CRM records including activity logs and client interactions

• Assist in marketing and lead validation processes for campaign effectiveness

• Monitor pipeline activity and escalate stalled or high-priority opportunities

• Communicate professionally with prospects and support sales engagement activities

Requirements:

• Experience in operations, CRM management, sales support, or data-related roles preferred
