Description:
TechMantra Global is hiring experienced Windows System Administrators and Linux System Administrators for onsite roles in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These positions are ideal for IT infrastructure professionals with strong server administration, troubleshooting, and automation experience in enterprise environments.
The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining secure, high-performing server infrastructure, supporting virtualization platforms, performing system upgrades, and providing advanced technical support. The roles require professionals who can manage critical infrastructure while ensuring system availability, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server or Linux server environments.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and overall infrastructure health.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, security hardening, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID (Windows role).
• Administer Linux distributions including RHEL, Ubuntu, and CentOS (Linux role).
• Troubleshoot networking, server connectivity, virtualization, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and maintain accurate system documentation.
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Windows or Linux System Administrator.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP (Windows role).
• Strong knowledge of Linux server administration, troubleshooting, and system management (Linux role).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, virtualization technologies, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Good understanding of networking, system security, storage management, and infrastructure operations.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM virtualization platforms.
• RHCSA, RHCE, or equivalent certifications are an advantage for Linux System Administrator candidates.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
