Description:
A leading steel factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified General Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for experienced accounting professionals with a background in the industrial sector who are looking to build their careers in a manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and supporting financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Candidates should possess strong accounting software skills, good English communication abilities, and relevant industrial accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting accounting documentation.
• Record and monitor financial transactions in accounting software.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and financial policies.
• Support audit activities and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience in the industrial sector is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting and a minimum grade of Good.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Good command of the English language.
• Must not have previous work experience in any Gulf country.
• Applicants must be from Mansoura or Ismailia Governorates, Egypt.
• Strong knowledge of:
