Key Responsibilities:
• Research and listen to podcast episodes to fully understand content, tone, and messaging
• Write clear, engaging, and well-structured podcast show notes for B2B clients
• Ensure content reflects each client’s brand voice and communication style
• Create social media posts to promote podcast episodes and increase audience engagement
• Draft email marketing content for campaigns, outreach, and audience engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams through communication tools and regular check-ins
• Contribute to writing projects for major publications such as Forbes, Inc., and Business Insider
• Assist in creating blog articles, scripts, and multimedia content as needed
• Maintain high standards of grammar, accuracy, and content quality
• Manage multiple writing assignments while meeting deadlines efficiently
Requirements:
• Strong command of American English grammar and spelling
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
• Strong organizational skills with experience using Google Drive
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with email and Slack communication tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in podcasting, media, or content production is a plus
