Description:
A facilities management and security services company in Dubai is urgently looking to hire experienced CCTV Operators for immediate joining. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in surveillance monitoring, security systems operations, and real-time incident observation within commercial or residential environments.
The ideal candidate should possess strong monitoring capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to security-related situations. Applicants must hold a valid SIRA CCTV Operator License, as this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
The company is seeking professionals who are comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night duties and weekends, while maintaining a high level of vigilance and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment continuously to ensure security and safety compliance
• Observe live camera feeds and identify suspicious activities, security breaches, or unusual incidents
• Report incidents, irregular activities, and security concerns to the appropriate departments or supervisors
• Maintain accurate logs and surveillance records for operational and security purposes
• Operate Video Management Systems (VMS) efficiently and ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment
• Coordinate with security teams and management during emergencies or incident investigations
• Ensure all monitoring procedures follow company policies and security protocols
• Conduct routine checks on CCTV systems and report technical issues when required
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling surveillance operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in CCTV monitoring or surveillance operations
• Valid SIRA CCTV Operator License is mandatory
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV equipment, and Video Management Systems (VMS)
• Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain alert and focused during extended monitoring shifts
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
