Understanding of the holiday homes industry is a plus, ability to understand customers and sway the conversation to the company’s advantage
Strong presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft office, strong organizational skills, Ability to generate leads and close them off, Strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated, Ability to multitask, No excuses approach to closing monthly and yearly targets, Passion to self-learn and grow.
Has a strong ethical background and moral compass, ability to find new business opportunities maintaining accurate records, ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Strong competitive nature who wants to close off the most sales per month/year, resilient to tough times. Is able to see the opportunity within every challenge and difficulty
Holds a valid UAE drivers license, having a university degree is a plus
