Mission

• Fulfilling reservation request based on room availability and guest preference
• Manage all incoming call for reservation department and ensure response all queries and maintain professional relationship and atmosphere at all time

Specific requirements

• Relevant experience as a reservation agent in a branded 5 star hotel
• Expert Knowledge of Opera PMS
• Russian Turking and German Language knowledge is preferred
