Hiring  Senior Business Development Manager – Leisure

Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Key Job Requirements:

• Must have previously worked within luxury hotel chains or 5-star hotels & resorts.
• Ability to understand DMC/Tour Operators’ needs to forge beneficial strategic relationships.
• Strong track record of prospecting and growing business within the luxury segment.
• Established connections within luxury agents are essential.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for business expansion, managing existing portfolios, and acquiring new accounts.
• Experience with and connections in luxury travel networks like private concierge services, lifestyle companies, and luxury clubs is a significant advantage.
• Excellent luxury sales skills with a knack for negotiation and closing deals.
• Solid understanding of international feeder markets and luxury consumer behaviors.
• Focus on solution-oriented problem management.
