Seeking a Detail-Oriented Accountant (4-5 Years Exp) in Ras Al Khor, Dubai

Are you a highly organized accountant with a passion for accuracy and a strong understanding of the transport and logistics industry?

We are a well-established transport and logistics group company seeking a talented Accountant to join our growing team in Ras Al Khor, Dubai.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Reconciling bank statements and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Filing VAT submissions and ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Generating accurate and insightful monthly P&L statements.
• Demonstrating a working knowledge of corporate tax principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in a fast-paced accounting environment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with ZOHO Books.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the transport and logistics industry a plus.
