Instashop is hiring Operations Associate

InstaShop, headquartered in Dubai, is the leading online marketplace for supermarkets,

Pharmacies, pet shops & other businesses in the Middle East

Main responsibilities:

• Transform and optimize the business processes when operational gaps and inefficiencies are identified
• Manage and optimize the entire processes of shop launches
• Train shops on company policies, operating procedures & customer service protocols
• Track improvement & progress expected after the trainings and report the key findings and Suggestions to the operations head
• Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve operational procedures

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Superb clarity in communication
• Excellent organizational skills
• Problem solving, and plan execution skills
• Commercial & Technology awareness.
• Previous experience in customer service, training, performance management is a plus
