Description:

Office Administrator required for an office in JLT. Real estate office experience essential for this role.

  • Act as the point of contact between the Landlord and Clients.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs and create and maintain spread sheets in Excel and reporting to the Managing Director.
  • Preparing Rent Income and Expenses Reconciliation for all the units owned-managed by the company.
  • Monitoring inventory for rental renewals.
  • Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
  • Monitoring the Renewal of Property Insurance, Maintenance Contract and Property Service Charges.
  • Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.

Requirements

The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:

  • Real Estate Experience and dealing with tenants.
  • Expert with all MS Office suite applications.
  • Excellent marketing research skills.
  • Good English communication skill, smart and presentable.
  • Provide general office and operational support.
  • Able to conduct research on online property sites.
  • Organizational skills
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Real Estate is a must.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Eager to learn
  • Can handle pressure, meet deadlines and work in less supervision
  • College Degree
