We are Hiring! Merchandiser Category Manager for Dubai, UAE

To be responsible for handling/managing Jalabiya & Abaya categories of Business under the guidance of Business Head.

Key Performance Areas:

• Responsible for achieving Sales and Gross Profit of assigned Jalabiya & Abaya categories at retail store/online channel level.
• Identify KVI (key value indicator) products at category level and ensure optimal stock is maintained.
• Ensure entire merchandising/category management functions are achieved.
• Work closely with Retail stores to ensure healthy Sales and Profit and maintain healthy inventory at all stores avoiding out of stock and over stock situations.
• Prepare reports on top sellers, slow sellers and non-seller items, analyze reports and take corrective actions on regular basis
• Propose store planograms and merchandising plans for phase-out of Ageing & EOL products and phase-in of new products.
• Assist and support company’ e-commerce/Online channel in back-end, front-end as well operations.
• Any others roles which deem fit for the overall business development of assigned Jalabiya & Abaya categories.
