Global Medical Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quality Manager to join a government healthcare facility in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in healthcare quality systems who are committed to maintaining excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance in a high-performance clinical environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives, overseeing compliance with healthcare standards, and driving continuous improvement across all departments within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure full compliance with national and international healthcare regulations and standards
• Lead and manage clinical audits, risk management systems, and patient safety programs
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across departments
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, and accreditation requirements

Requirements:
