The company is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Sales Planner to support its revenue and sales operations team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to ensure that all pre-sale materials are accurate, visually polished, and strategically aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain media plans aligned with client goals, budgets, and available inventory
• Create professional, client-ready presentations and proposal decks that clearly communicate strategy and value
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales teams to build effective pre-sale materials and campaign packages
• Organize campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution details to ensure smooth delivery
• Assist in gathering data and preparing performance reports and campaign summaries
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, inventory allocation, and campaign specifications
• Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and workflow systems for active campaigns
• Continuously improve templates, reporting structures, and planning processes for efficiency
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in media planning, marketing, sales support, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel) and presentation tools (Google Slides)
• Ability to translate input data into structured, clear deliverables
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve quickly
