A dynamic and fast-growing organization within the Food & Beverage and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector is seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join its team in the UAE. This role is ideal for finance professionals who are well-versed in managing accounting operations across multiple outlets and can thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting business decisions through effective budgeting and cost control measures. Experience within the restaurant or QSR industry is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee accounting operations across multiple outlets, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business performance and decision-making
• Develop and monitor budgets while implementing cost control strategies
• Handle inventory accounting and ensure proper stock reconciliation processes
• Work with POS systems to track sales data and perform accurate revenue reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards
• Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing accounting functions for multi-outlet operations (20+ outlets)
• Strong background in the restaurant or QSR industry is mandatory
