Description:
Aliyas Group of Companies is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant or Fresher to join its expanding finance team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level candidates who are eager to begin their professional journey in accounting and gain valuable hands-on experience in a structured corporate environment.
The selected candidate will work closely with the finance team, assisting in daily accounting tasks while learning industry practices and financial processes. This role offers an excellent platform for career growth and skill development in the field of accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and record maintenance
• Support VAT-related documentation and compliance activities
• Help in preparing reconciliations and basic financial reports
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Provide assistance to senior accountants and the finance team as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or an equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is an advantage but not mandatory
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and spreadsheet handling
• Willingness to learn accounting software such as Tally
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive learning attitude
