Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound leads and convert them into confirmed appointments, bookings, or enrollments
• Manage daily performance targets with full accountability for results and outcomes
• Engage with prospects through clear, professional, and persuasive communication
• Work closely with team leads to receive real-time coaching and performance feedback
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and conversion metrics
• Contribute to a high-energy, data-driven sales environment focused on growth and efficiency
• Follow structured sales processes and continuously improve conversion performance
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
