Description:
We are looking for a talented Student Recruitment Officer to join the American University in the Emirates.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the university student recruitment field.
Propose and Implement Recruitment Strategies
Manage Resources for Student Recruitment
Liaise with college and other AUE departments in implementing recruitment
Assist in formulating annual recruitment target
Responsible for meeting the recruitment target
Responsible for the day-to-day activities and management of recruitment channels and networks
Responsible for the day-to-day activities which involve visits to institution and entities for the purpose of recruitment
Plan and execute promotional activities such as Open Days, Fairs and Exhibitions
Maintain an up to date record of the student recruitment and activities related
Build strong relationship with keys institution in the UAE for the purpose of student recruitment
Competencies and Skills Needed:
Knowledge of multiple point marketing strategies (P2P, B2B, Online and Traditional Media)
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken; Arabic and English
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Working knowledge of UAE higher education sector
MA or BA in Marketing or relevant alternative plus substantial relevant experience
