EM Normandie Business School Dubai is expanding its operations in the region and is currently hiring two Student Recruitment Officers to support its growth across both regional and international markets. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals with strong experience in student recruitment, business development, and educational outreach.
The selected candidates will play a key role in promoting the institution, attracting prospective students, and supporting them throughout the admissions process. The position also involves representing the school at various events and strengthening its agent network across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive student recruitment activities through business development and outreach initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and recruitment agents
• Expand and manage the agent network across domestic and international markets
• Represent the institution at education fairs, exhibitions, open days, and virtual events
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide necessary support
• Contribute to achieving recruitment targets and institutional growth objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in student recruitment within the UAE
• Fluency in English and Arabic, or English and French is mandatory
• Strong background in school outreach, business development, and agent network expansion
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are considered an advantage
