Description:
Temu is looking for a hands-on Supervisor Assistant to support warehouse operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce or logistics warehousing and be capable of managing daily floor activities while supporting shift performance.
This role is suitable for someone ready to progress into a leadership position, with strong knowledge of picking, packing, inbound operations, team coordination, and maintaining safe and efficient warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings, assign tasks, set targets, and align the team with operational priorities.
• Monitor picking, packing, and inbound activities in real time to ensure timely completion of targets.
• Reallocate manpower when required to meet service level agreements (SLA).
• Resolve warehouse floor issues including stockouts, incorrect picks, equipment problems, and system-related challenges.
• Maintain an organized 5S workplace with proper slotting, clear aisles, and efficient floor management.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, task assignments, and performance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures including PPE usage, forklift zones, racking safety, emergency exits, training, and certifications.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or logistics warehousing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team lead or shift lead.
• Hands-on knowledge of picking, packing, inbound operations, and cycle counting.
• WMS experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Warehouse operations and inventory processes.
• Team supervision and shift management.
• Safety procedures and operational standards.
