Royal Horizon Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant – Accounts Payable to join its finance team in Ajman. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with a strong background in retail finance and experience managing accounts payable functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate payment records. Applicants with hands-on experience using SAP and ERP systems are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
• Follow up on overdue payments and allocate customer receipts.
• Prepare ageing reports, collection reports, and customer account statements.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support accounts payable operations.
• Ensure financial transactions are processed in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Retail industry experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
