Description:
MEBS Facility is looking for an experienced Head of Division – Housekeeping to lead housekeeping and cleaning operations across UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in facility management or cleaning companies with the ability to manage teams, clients, and multiple operational sites.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, manpower planning expertise, and knowledge of cleaning standards, materials, and equipment. Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage housekeeping and cleaning operations across multiple locations.
• Supervise teams and ensure efficient manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Handle client coordination and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Monitor cleaning standards, service quality, and operational performance.
• Ensure proper usage of cleaning materials, equipment, and procedures.

Requirements:
