Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for software products, food products, and clay products to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Product Promotion: Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events tailored to each product category, ensuring alignment with target audiences and market trends.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the online presence for all product categories, including website management, social media campaigns, and email marketing to engage with customers effectively.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research for each product category to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and tailored marketing content for each category, including product descriptions, blog articles, and social media posts.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure appealing in-store displays and visual branding for food and clay products.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships across all product categories through effective communication and feedback collection.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns for each category, track relevant KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with exposure to diverse product categories, including software, food, and clay products.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Strong creativity and design skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
