Otis, the largest vertical transportation company in the world is looking for a competent Manager Recruitment to attract and hire world class talents to support the mission and overall strategy for Otis.
This position leads the recruitment function in 5 countries (UAE, KSA, KUW, BAH, QAR) and reports directly to the Director – HR, ME. The position spans across employer branding, graduate recruitment, volume and executive hiring.
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offering.
Lead recruitment related projects, such as campus recruitment, key position mapping, recruitment day, career talks, employee referral programs and employer branding.
Develop and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates by fostering long-term relationships with them for current and future opportunities
Design and implement new and innovative recruitment processes through the use of AI, Gamification.etc
Advanced knowledge of social media and use of MS Office tools
Experience in working within a matrix organization
Good people skills and a sense of humor to match
