The role of After Sales Manager at Mitsubishi Motors Middle East and Africa is to ensure achieving sales targets in the after sales department, and setting KPIs by strategically planning and implementing a variety of sales activities in a proactive manner. Building strong relationships with distributors across the Middle East and Africa is crucial to achieve targets. In addition to identifying new business opportunities, the After Sales Manager is also responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the department’s budgets.
As After Sales Manager, you will be reporting into the Regional after Sales General Manager
10 – 15 years’ experience in the automobile after sales industry
Minimum of 5 years of the overall experience should be based in the UAE/GCC
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role with a multinational automobile company.
Leadership qualities and project management skill.
Substantial knowledge of GCC markets.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proactive and can-do approach to solving problems.
