IT Service Desk Engineer

Required Experience

6+ years of previous technical IT work experience with System Administration, Networking, or IT Support roles.

Previous experience with supporting technical engineering or geoscience applications preferred.

Required Competencies

• Advanced Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of business applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office Application Suite, Adobe, AutoCAD
• Operating System Deployment / Upgrade project experience
• Desktop and Laptop imaging
• Experience in a busy technical support environment
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Systems
• Disciplined trouble shooting skills
• Strong team working
• Ability to always follow up problems with customers to completion
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Proactive customer service attitude.
• 1 year contract extendable
• Salary is 7000 AED- 9000 AED
• Must be available to start ASAP
