Description:
SEHA Clinics is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – School Health to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across school health services in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of School Health to enhance healthcare programmes, strengthen clinical practices, optimize resources, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and student-focused care.
This role requires strong leadership capabilities, healthcare management experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, quality standards, and innovative health initiatives within school health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning, development, and evaluation of school health programmes.
• Manage clinical and operational activities across school health services.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and performance management.
• Ensure quality standards, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement innovative school health initiatives.
• Monitor service performance, audits, data analysis, and improvement plans.
• Oversee preventive health programmes, including screening, vaccination, and health education activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across healthcare and education sectors.
• Support research, evidence-based practices, and continuous professional development.
• Lead change initiatives and improve service delivery processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Master’s Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or Nursing.
• Valid professional healthcare licence.
• 6–8+ years of healthcare experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience managing teams in:
• Nursing and School Health Services.
• Healthcare Operations and Service Delivery.
• Clinical and operational leadership.
• Strong experience in workforce planning, quality improvement, and healthcare programme management.
• PhD in Nursing is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Preventive healthcare programmes and student-focused care.
• Evidence-based clinical practices and service improvement strategies.
