Description:
A healthcare and health insurance company in the UAE is hiring Medical Claims Officers to support medical claims processing, insurance approvals, and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations.
The ideal candidate will have a medical background with strong knowledge of reviewing medical records, assessing treatment eligibility, and coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE and should be willing to work rotational shifts. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review medical claims and assess treatment eligibility based on clinical documentation and policy requirements.
• Process pre-authorizations and coordinate approval procedures with relevant parties.
• Review medical records and ensure accurate evaluation of submitted claims.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams.
• Resolve claims-related queries and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health insurance procedures and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
• MBBS or BHMS qualification.
