Description:
Infinix Innovations is looking for an experienced and organised Warehouse In-charge to manage daily warehouse operations at its Dubai Investment Park (DIP) location. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse management experience, excellent organisational abilities, and the skills required to lead a team effectively.
The role requires overseeing inventory, stock control, warehouse documentation, and operational processes while ensuring smooth workflow, safety standards, and timely completion of tasks. Candidates with UAE warehouse experience and strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient workflow across operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock counts, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and courier partners.
• Ensure proper stock organisation, safety procedures, and warehouse standards are maintained.
• Monitor warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a supervisory warehouse role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse documentation.
• Experience with ERP/WMS software is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
