Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Billing/Scheduling Associate II to support its Neurology department in a remote role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with billing-related inquiries, collecting insurance information, coordinating appointment scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth healthcare operations.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams while managing scheduling and billing processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain insurance information from patients and provide guidance regarding available financial assistance options.
• Schedule and register patients through phone and email communication while collecting required demographic and insurance details.
