Description:

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to support its 988 Network Operations team. This role will assist with travel planning, event logistics, expense tracking, and coordination activities while working closely with internal teams and external service providers.

The successful candidate will manage travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, coordinate event logistics, and ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in administrative, travel, or logistics support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, research, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.

• Create travel itineraries and coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals, and other logistics requirements.

• Ensure all travel activities comply with company policies, spending guidelines, and per-diem limits.

• Communicate with airlines, hotels, car rental providers, and other external partners.

• Support event and conference logistics, including travel bookings and required documentation.

• Prepare event budget templates, process invoices, and assist with expense tracking.

• Support annual travel budget reporting and coordination with the Finance team.

• Process expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and invoice requests when required.

• Maintain records using travel and expense management systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

• Experience in travel coordination or logistics is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.

• Knowledge of online booking tools and expense management software is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail with effective time management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and build professional relationships.

• Interest in mental health, suicide prevention, or nonprofit sector work is preferred.
