Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building construction projects, excellent knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, and the ability to ensure safety compliance across project sites.

The role requires strong observation, communication, and reporting skills along with the ability to maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety standards effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.

• Implement safety procedures and promote a safe working environment across construction sites.

• Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare safety reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and site-specific requirements.

• Support safety awareness initiatives and communicate best practices to site teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE construction industry.

• Strong experience in building construction projects is mandatory.

• Relevant safety certification such as NEBOSH or IOSH is required.

• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safety practices.

• Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.

• Ability to enforce safety compliance effectively on-site.

• Must be currently available in the UAE.
