Description:
UMass Chan Medical School is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Associate I to support its department operations. This entry-level opportunity is suitable for individuals with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in contributing to a leading healthcare and education institution.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support by managing records, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, assisting with travel arrangements, and processing financial documents. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and prepare reports to support departmental activities.
• Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, logistics coordination, and travel documentation.
• Process and track invoices, payments, requisitions, and expense reimbursement documents.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and presentations.
• Type, edit, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, interviews, conferences, and appointments.
• Handle phone calls, correspondence, mail distribution, and routine administrative communication.
• Maintain organized filing systems and departmental records.
• Order and manage office supplies to support daily operations.

Requirements:
