Description:

Dynamic Interior Design and Architecture Company in Dubai is looking for an Interior Designer with 5+years in UAE.

Key Responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist with site surveys, furniture inventory, feasibility studies, concept design schematics and material / furniture systems research to ensure a satisfactory solution is delivered that meets quality parameters.
• Prepare drawings, models and renderings.
• Prepare presentation boards and other presentation materials.
• Developing building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using computer-aided design (CAD) and/or Revit applications.
• FF&E Selection and specs.

Qualities & Skills required:

• Proficient in Design software skills (i.e. AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, 3d Max, and Microsoft programs).
• Revit, 3D Sketch Up, Realistic renderings are plus.
• Outstanding design portfolio and an exceptional eye for detail.
• Familiar with International Building Code for building design as well as the ability to develop an understanding of local requirements is a must.
