Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify claim, member, and operational data into internal systems

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all records

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry productivity targets

• Identify and correct data errors and discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data security policies (including HIPAA)

• Support process improvements and workflow optimization initiatives

• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, admin support, or healthcare operations preferred
