Description:

Cambridge International School, Dubai is looking for a dedicated and people-focused HR Officer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about supporting employees, improving workplace experience, and contributing to a positive and efficient school environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. Working closely with the School Leadership Team and HR stakeholders, the role plays an important part in ensuring smooth HR operations within the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff

• Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support

• Oversee visa processing, labour procedures, and regulatory compliance

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately

• Coordinate staff induction and engagement activities

• Prepare employment contracts and HR-related paperwork

• Support employee wellbeing and full lifecycle management

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, KHDA, MOHRE, and school policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field

• Experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or customer service roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE Labour Law and HR compliance procedures
