Description:
UClean is expanding its operations in the UAE and is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Laundry & Dry Cleaning Manager to lead store operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a driven professional who is passionate about operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing complete store performance, including revenue growth, cost control, customer experience, team management, and operational quality. This is a leadership role that requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day store functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage store P&L including revenue growth, billing, and profitability targets
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and handle escalations effectively
• Lead, train, and motivate laundry technicians and delivery staff
• Maintain quality standards, zero damage, and timely delivery (TAT compliance)
• Implement SOPs and manage inventory control and operational audits
• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Plan staff duties and leave schedules based on operational requirements
• Work closely with the team and lead by example in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in laundry/dry cleaning or retail operations
• Experience managing a team of 4 or more employees
• Strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Hands-on leadership approach with strong execution skills
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai or currently based in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of:
• Store operations and P&L management
• Team leadership and workforce planning
• Quality control and customer service excellence
