Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage schedules for radiologists and healthcare staff across multiple departments

• Maintain scheduling systems, templates, vacation calendars, and on-call rotations

• Ensure proper staffing coverage and compliance with organizational scheduling policies

• Communicate schedule updates, staffing changes, and coverage adjustments in a timely manner

• Monitor staffing levels and operational performance across healthcare units

• Prepare attendance and scheduling reports for management review

• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve staffing challenges and service gaps

• Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes and workforce coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or related scheduling roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including spreadsheets and presentation software

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong knowledge of:
