Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join a leading automotive organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive aftersales, particularly with European and luxury vehicle brands, and be capable of supporting the daily operations of a busy service workshop.
The successful candidate will assist the Service Manager in ensuring efficient workshop operations, delivering an outstanding customer experience from vehicle reception through delivery, and overseeing service activities when the Service Manager is unavailable. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Service Manager in managing daily workshop and aftersales operations.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from vehicle reception to final delivery.
• Supervise service advisors and workshop activities to maintain high service standards.
• Act as the Service Manager during their absence and ensure smooth operational continuity.
• Build strong customer relationships while handling negotiations and promoting additional services where appropriate.
• Utilize DMS, CRM systems, and Excel to manage service operations and reporting.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager.
• Experience working with multiple automotive brands, particularly European and luxury vehicles.
• Previous experience in a dealership or large independent workshop is preferred.
• Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good technical knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicles is an advantage.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and upselling skills.
• Proficiency in DMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
