Description:
Al Enayah Al Kamlah is looking for a proactive and well-organised Production & Quality Coordinator to join its cosmetics manufacturing facility in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating daily production activities while ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
This position requires someone who can effectively manage production schedules, coordinate with clients, oversee inventory, and support quality control operations. Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily production, filling, packaging, and labelling operations.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Communicate directly with clients to receive and manage orders while ensuring production and deliveries are completed on schedule.
• Track raw materials, packaging supplies, and inventory levels.
• Supervise production staff and maintain accurate quality control documentation.
• Prepare production updates and report quality concerns to management.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in production, quality control, or factory operations.
• Previous experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication, and client coordination skills.
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Production planning and inventory management
• Quality control procedures and manufacturing operations
